Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate business requirements and workflows for the digital banking app, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, acting as the main liaison between business teams and the IT/development team.
Translate business needs into clear technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to refine app features and ensure shared understanding across teams.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups) to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet agreed-upon requirements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Monitor and analyze current digital banking processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and enhanced user experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure the app remains competitive and compliant.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, and progress for transparency and reporting purposes.
Provide ongoing support and communication to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and digital banking solutions.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to produce detailed documentation, wireframes, process diagrams, and user stories.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and digital banking solutions.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are a plus.
