Business Developer Argentina

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Argentina. This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the payments and fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchant acquiring, POS solutions, and e-commerce payments—both online and physical—across fiat and cryptocurrency transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our merchant acquiring and payment processing services.
• Identify and engage potential merchants, payment processors, and strategic partners to expand the company’s presence in Latin America.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with merchants, payment service providers, and fintech platforms.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development, compliance, and operational goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Russian or English speaker preferred. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Proven experience in business development within the payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of POS solutions, e-commerce payments, and the intersection of fiat and crypto transactions.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payment landscapes and experience working in international payment environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
