We’re expanding in Argentina and looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our market entry and growth.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager for Argentina, you will lead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across both the consumer and business segments. You’ll work closely with the global marketing team, local stakeholders, product managers, and external partners to tailor our offerings and campaigns to the Argentine market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both the money app (B2C) and the business platform (B2B).
- Own the local go-to-market plan for new features, services, and product launches.
- Identify market insights, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to localize messaging and campaigns.
Acquisition & Activation
- Drive growth through paid digital channels, influencer partnerships, SEO, and field marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the performance team to manage media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and local platforms.
- Optimize onboarding funnels, app store presence, and conversion touchpoints.
Brand & Communication
- Build brand awareness through local content, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets (videos, ads, landing pages, emails) aligned with the brand.
- Act as the brand ambassador in Argentina, ensuring all communications align with the brand voice and compliance standards.
CRM & Retention
- Work with the lifecycle team to deploy local email, push notification, and in-app campaigns.
- Drive engagement and usage through campaigns focused on product education, seasonal offers, and rewards.
Partnerships & Local Engagement
- Identify and lead co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners (retailers, fintechs, community groups).
- Develop grassroots and community-led initiatives to drive awareness and trust.
Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs and track campaign ROI, user growth, and retention metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports for global and local leadership teams with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing roles, with at least 1 year in fintech, financial services, or digital platforms.
- Strong experience managing both B2C and B2B campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the Argentine market, customer behavior, and digital channels.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects end-to-end.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Excel).
- Experience managing creative production, media budgets, and external agencies.
- Passion for fintech and financial inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience launching a mobile app or financial product in LATAM.
- Knowledge of local compliance requirements and customer onboarding processes.
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment.
