Product Owner (Crypto Processing)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically astute Product Owner to lead one of our blockchain and crypto product lines. You will work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers to build and enhance products involving L1/L2 blockchain integrations, on/off ramps, RFQ systems, and on-chain/off-chain transaction flows. This role is ideal for someone passionate about decentralized technologies and experienced in delivering products within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements for blockchain-based and crypto-fintech products.
• Translate business and technical needs into well-scoped functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead product initiatives including:
  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain integrations
  • On/Off Ramp infrastructure
  • RFQ (Request for Quote) flows
  • On-chain and off-chain transaction orchestration
• Drive product delivery end-to-end, including planning, UAT coordination, and launch.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment, especially with REST APIs and microservice architectures.
• Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and third-party partners or vendors in the crypto ecosystem.
• Monitor product health and continuously look for areas to optimize UX, performance, and security.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain protocols, compliance trends, and user expectations in Web3.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in blockchain, crypto, or DeFi products.
• Proven experience with L1 (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and L2 (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon) blockchain integrations.
• Understanding of on/off ramp providers and fiat-to-crypto workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern microservice-based architectures.
• Experience with RFQ systems, smart contract interactions, and decentralized product flows.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote team environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile mindset with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Notion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to smart contract design and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with developer tooling and blockchain libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
• Sensitivity to user experience in wallet connections, gas handling, and signing flows.
• Basic scripting or coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, Solidity) is a plus.
